lemmeno Posted November 4, 2019 Report Share Posted November 4, 2019 Hi - Been on H1b for 11 years now. Got my I-140 cleared from current employer, but am planning to switch jobs early next year. Current visa expired last year and so need to go for stamping the next time I step out of the country. If I did switch to the new job next year, is it safe to travel without having an approved I-140 from my new employer? Thanks much! Quote Link to comment
