Ayushi Singh
I submitted my I-765 Application for Employment Authorization on the 15th of April 2019 and received a letter from USCIS on the 25th of September 2019 requesting for additional evidence. The additional evidence was sent and received by USCIS on the 11th of October 2019. I am currently on an E1 spouse visa. Request for Evidence states- A review of the record indicates you and your spouse are not currently in the United States. Submit copies of the Forms I-94 , Arrival/Departure Record, for you and you spouse documenting your most recent arrival into the United States. Please advice if I am able to travel outside the United States while my application is still with USCIS ? Thank you Quote Link to comment
User099
Yes, you can travel while you I765 is pending and it will be adjudicated. You just need to be in status when you filed the petition. Quote Link to comment
