Now I have started working for company B from receipt notice date while premium process of H1b transfer is ongoing (Receipt date received on Oct 24th, 2019). Now I have an another offer from company C. which I would like to join What is the best time to join company C? Should I wait for company B's transfer approval to complete or Can I join company C on their receipt notice? Thank you Quote Link to comment
User099 Posted October 30, 2019 Report Share Posted October 30, 2019 If there is not RFE for Company B's petition, you should get your approval in 2 weeks i.e. a week from now. Even if Company C starts the process today, it will take them at least 2 weeks to get the receipt notice for their petition. I think you should be able to join Company C on their receipt notice unless anyone thinks other wise. Quote Link to comment
