Grandhi25 Posted October 29, 2019 Report Share Posted October 29, 2019 Hi, I got my H1B Approved recently on OCT 16 and i got I797B so i am thinking to go for stamping immediately to complete my H1B But i got approval only for 4 months unitll Jan 30 2020. Please let me know 1) is that enough time that i can go for stampong immediately or shall i wait for my extemsion to be done as well 2) Is it okay if i apply for extesion on top of partial approval of first H1B because i got I 797B and my i 94 is still F1 3) Is my F1 is still valid even after h1 approval? becasue my h1 got approvad but my change of status is not approved.
