I plan for stamping in the end of December 2019 or early January 2020 and my current H1B petition is valid until May 31, 2020. Since the my validity period is just 5 months and if I go for H1B stamping, Will it pose any questions or delay in the processing? Could you please advise. Thanks! Quote Link to comment

It won't pose any risk for your approval however you should prepare to answer questions if you are planning to leave country or planning or already have applied for extension. Quote Link to comment
