Dash8 Posted October 25, 2019 Report Share Posted October 25, 2019 Hi, My spouse is LPR. We registered our marriage in July 2019 and planning to India in March 2020 (Dates are flexible). My H1-B got approved this year (I haven't traveled yet so it is not stamped). I already applied for EAD and Advanced Parole (I-131) on the marriage base. So if I travel to India after receiving EAD and travel form(AP) while pending I-485 & I-130. Do I need to go for H1-B Stamping or I can come back using Travel Form (without H1 Stamp on passport)? Which one is the more safe option? If anyone has a similar experience please share. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Quote Link to comment
