needhelp01 Posted October 23, 2019 Report Share Posted October 23, 2019 I did my master's on H4 and F1 visa. For my last semester I had to convert to F1 due to mandatory internship in my program. My current employer and internship employer are the same. I started with them Jan 2016 (CPT internship) completed the internship, got a fulltime offer, graduated in May 2016, gap of 1 month to get my OPT card and started in June 2016 fulltime with them on OPT. Now I have moved back to h4+EAD. Should I list the CPT work as separate work experience (as there is a GAP of 1 month) or just list the fulltime work period from June 2016. And list the MS in education for before the June 2016 period (DS 160 needs 5 years employment/education data). Please advise. Quote Link to comment
