sum4every1 Posted October 22, 2019 Report Share Posted October 22, 2019 Hello - currently i'm in US on H4 and my spouse H1 was filed in premium and approved. We are travelling to India and also have visa interview scheduled in India. Just today got a mail for Biometrics interview on 10/31 but will be travelling to India before that. Does this biometric is same as the one that will be done in US consulate in India before the Interview? If not then will it have any impact on the visa approval as I need to apply for rescheduling of this biometrics? please advise. Quote Link to comment
User099 Posted October 23, 2019 Report Share Posted October 23, 2019 If you are going for H4 stamping in India, then your H4 application (I539) is of no much use. I read cases were you can go for the ASC center and show them the appointment letter and they will generally let you complete the biometrics ahead of time. Quote Link to comment
