vivekjayaswal Posted October 22, 2019 Report Share Posted October 22, 2019 Hi I arrived in US in march, 2018 and got new I 94 valid until my current H 1B work permit i.e. Feb 2020 with arrival date of March 2018. In May, 2019 i went on a 3 day cruise trip from Miami to Nassau (Bahamas) and back to Miami. At the port of entry immigration officer didn't stamp my passport nor issued new I 94. My company is filling from my H 1b extension. What should be my latest date of entry in US? March 2018 or May 2019 Also, do i need to get new I -94? Quote Link to comment
care_candidate Posted October 23, 2019 Report Share Posted October 23, 2019 It is common for cruise travel. You do not get new I-94. Use date from airport. If/When you apply for Green card I-485, that is another case. Quote Link to comment
