Purnima5458 Posted October 21, 2019 Report Share Posted October 21, 2019 H1B : 12/12/2020 I140 : Approved ; more than 180 days H4 EAD : 12/12/2020 My spouse who hold H1B is got an offer from another company and planning to transfer his H1B soon. I have question on - 1. What will happen to H4 EAD : Will I be eligible to get extension on spouse previous employer I-140 approval? 2. What happened if his old employer revoke I-140, shall I get still EAD extension? Please help ! Thanks Quote Link to comment
