Watimg Posted October 13, 2019 Report Share Posted October 13, 2019 I am freshman undergrad dependent of Father H1 who was under RIF 2 weeks ago.My option is to change my primary to my mom who also has approved 140. Or travel outside to India for counselor processing. I am pursuing STEM fields in an esteemed university. How long it may take for H4 to F1 application? What are the chances of delay in CP in India.I dont want to loose attendance.My H4 stamp and i94 are valid till 2021. Quote Link to comment
