DP513
Hello, My wife's F2 to F1 COS approved in January 2019 and then she started her MS program at a good public university. She in her second semester now and she will complete her study in Fall 2020. She is planning to go to India for F1 stamping in this December. What are the chances to get F1 approved? What if her F1 gets rejected? Her F1 visa got rejected multiple times in 2015-2016 (reason unknown). Then she came to the USA on an F2 visa in 2017. I am doing a Ph.D. in the same university she studying currently and also on the same university her COS got approved. Should she take a chance to go to India for F1 stamping? If her F1 gets rejected, can she come back on an F2 visa? Please advice. Quote Link to comment
