Hello. Company A filed for my H1B and i got all approved documents with me.  I have booked my visa appointment for H1B visa stamping by on September 30 2019 for interview in November in India . My company A got acquired by B in second week of October 2019. since its a merger I will be carrying successor of interest for interview.  From now on I will b getting my paycheck from Company B.

1) Now should I submit new ds-160 or old one is enough for interview?

2) If I have to submit new ds160, who should I put as my employer. Company A or Company B?

3) Is it advisable to go for stamping now or should i cancel it?

1. New DS-160. You can update this new DS-160 number during finger printing appointment.

2. B

3. You can go as long as you have all the docs.
