Lina80 Posted October 12, 2019 Report Share Posted October 12, 2019 Hi Sir/Madam I am working on h4 ead and divorce process is going on, my husband h1b visa is going to exp in march2020 and he has no plans to apply for my extension. I am planning to do masters and apply for change of visa from h4 ead to f1 through college. If suppose I got divorce before March 2020 and I have already applied for cos from h4 to f1.Can I stay in USA on change of status even after divorce or do I need to go for approval.
