sg1985 Posted October 11, 2019 Report Share Posted October 11, 2019 Hi, 1. What happens to my L2 status after using AoS EAD as my L2 EAD is expiring? 2. I do not have advance parole. Can I still leave US and come back after using AoS EAD with L2 visa that's valid for another 6 months? 3. Does leaving US without AP after using AoS EAD abandon my 485 application (I am dependent of an L1 holder who is maintaining L1 status) ? -Thanks Quote Link to comment
