ferozmohammed
My current employer filed H1-B after my 60 days grace period was done with my old employer. I have an RFE on hand for Speciality Occupation and they need paystubs from my current and previous employer. How can I proceed in this situation? Will I need to go in for Consular Processing to home country? Quote Link to comment
User099
Reply to the RFE with what pay stubs you have currently. If your did not have I94 while filing, then it will mostly be a Consular processing case. How many days have you overstayed after 60 day grace period? Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Your employer must advise you this and they need to respond RFE not you. You need to stay away from it and just provide documents which you must give. Quote Link to comment

My current employer applied for H1 Transfer 7 days after my 60 days grace period was done. Quote Link to comment
