Abhishek Basavaraju
Hi, I had my first time H1B interview today (10/10/19 - 9:15 am interview) in Vancouver, Canada. Got a white letter with 221(g) on it. Situation: -> First time L1 to H1b and H4. -> VO asked some random questions facing any problems while entering the border, I said No, he was a bit surprised. -> Asked about my job role, highest degree and said that there is further processing required and don't know how long its going to take. -> Kept our passports and i797. Has anybody faced something similar recently? We are currently stuck in Vancouver, Canada and concerned about the time it takes for processing as I am with my wife and baby. Any guidance will be helpful. Quote Link to comment

This suggestion is to avoid food and lodging expenses. Quote Link to comment
