H1b 6th year I140 NOT- Approved

Need inputs of  H1B Status: 

I am on 6th yr.’s of my H1b(Originally H1B Start date on Oct 2013) and applied for extension to extend my H1b status till  May 5 2020 == > Still in progress.

GC Status:

 

 I have moved multiple company never been approved the I-140, now PERM process is in progress since Dec 2018.

 

I got better offer with Company B , can I do H1b transfer and GC process to apply by company B parallely?  

 

Or Any other suggestion my friends recommended to join by Company B?

You must have I-140 approved to extend your H1b beyond six years. If that is not done, you will have to leave US immediately.
