Will STEM Extension be approved on revoked F1 visa?

Hello,

I received an email stating that my F1 visa has been revoked on August 29th 2018. I have a shop lifting case which was kept open from December 2017 until December 2018 (Dismissed in December) and I haven't plead guilty. I have graduated in August 2018 and OPT extension was approved on revoked visa (My visa was revoked after I've submitted the OPT application to USCIS).

Now I have applied for 24 months STEM extension and my application is in “received” state. I want to know if USCIS will approve me an STEM EAD for 24 months on my revoked visa?
