H2h1b Posted October 9, 2019 Report Share Posted October 9, 2019 Hello, I am currenly work for Employer A and Client X, I got a new contract with Client Y with Same Employer A with in the same MSA .in same location. My Employer says that we dont need to file an Amendment if the new job is with in 50 Miles of work location specified in your current LCA. just want to check and get details about it, can any one provide more info about it ? Mostly likely the job responsibilities might have also changes at the new Client location. Its better to apply for the Ammendment. Quote Link to comment
