Is it okay if i come back and answer my rfe, will there be any problem in the re entry, as my COS will be denied. And what happens to my f1 status, Please help. Thanks in advance. Bibin Mathew Posted November 6, 2019 Report Share Posted November 6, 2019 (edited) I am also facing a similar situation. I got an RFE, but my STEM OPT is valid till 2021 I have to submit the evidence for RFE by Jan 2020. So I am planning to submit all the documents (for RFE) after I come back.
