proengineer123 Posted October 8, 2019 Report Share Posted October 8, 2019 We applied for AOS and received my mom's green card when she went back to india on Advanced parole. Please provide any guidance if she has to come back to USA by certain date. I am not sure if 6 months rule applies because she was already out of country when green card was issued.
