vk243 Posted October 8, 2019 Report Share Posted October 8, 2019 Hello, I am currently working an employer A, having valid H1b visa stamped till dec'2020. My H1b transfer is in progress with employer B in premium processing, hoping it gets approved by this month end. Can I travel to India in November and come back without stamping again for H1b transfer, as I have valid visa and I797( from employer A which is not yet revoked). I know this question was asked many a times, but would like to know the answer considering current H1b situation. Thanks in Advance Quote Link to comment
User099 Posted October 9, 2019 Report Share Posted October 9, 2019 Yes, you can use the visa (which is till Dec 2020) to enter on you new Approval notice with Emp B. If you have not started working for B, you can use your Emp A approval notice to come back. Quote Link to comment
