Sunny Reddy
I recently changed my employer and transferred my H1. I have got an Approval Notice from USCIS for my new petition for Transfer in July. Now, I received an update from USICS on my old Petition Which I applied through my old employer stating we automatically revoked your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker. Is this something that I should be worried about? My New petition from New employer is approved and Valid for 3 years. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Since this is from old employer and as per law employer must let USCIS know that employee does not work with them which eventually revokes H1B. That might happened. I feel no need to worry.. Quote Link to comment
