Client letter for multiple end clients in EVVC model

Hello,

Can you please throw some idea/ share some sample client letter format for EVVC model if there is more than 1 end client?

My husband recently got a project where the prime vendor who is a leading product company  wants to deploy him to provide professional services to their clients. Each project usually last for 4 weeks to 6 months & then the prime vendor will send him to another client location. They are expecting to engage him till end of 2021. 

Is is ok to get the client letter from the prime vendor in this case the product company?. Is it required to mention all end clients & exact project duration in the client letter for all projects? For now we only know 2 projects with duration till Jun'20. In this case what's the possibility of getting H1 approved till end of 2021.
