While filing for H1b petition, I was with Client A and got picked in lottery but now am working for client B in same location(within 10 miles). Now, I got RFE stating that 1) employer-employee relationship and 2) project's availability of work. How to respond to the RFE? My questions are: - Do I need to do amendment for to respond? - Can I submit by providing client B documents (stating client is changed after filing petition)? Could someone help me with this.
