sharatbalaji Posted October 4, 2019 Report Share Posted October 4, 2019 I was in US on H1B from 2011 Apr to 2019 June, I have my I140 approved in Jan 2016. I came to India due to H1B visa Extension Denial in Aug 2019. My wife was also in US on her own H1B from 2011 Apr and visa was expiring on 2019 June. She however wanted to take a break and hence applied for H1 to H4 change of status in Mar 2019. However when visa extension got denied, Her H1 to H4 also got denied , we both came back to India and my Employer is again filing a new case of my H1B renewal. What should I do for my wife H4's now? Should I file a new H1 to H4 again for my wife along with my H1 renewal? Quote Link to comment
