Employer provided me all the documents they used to file my case along with approval I-797A notice. In one of the document where it explains about my skill set and educational qualification, I noticed that another employee's educational details (Master and Bachelor degree) is mentioned along with his college name which was a mistake from my attorney. How can this details corrected and will the updating of the details will have any adverse effect on my case ? Quote Link to comment
