nikh_91
Hi , I got my H1B approved on oct 1st but change of status denied , my attorney suggested to leave the country ASAP and get the stamping done in home country . But I got my h1 till Dec 2019 , as I’m planing to leave the country this week and go for the visa before oct end or nov 1st week . Is there will be any problem for my visa stamping as I only got 3 months and already 1 month will be passed ? They check months for visa stamping ? I’m worried I only got 3 months and what if VO don’t do stamping as I only got 3 months and will be 2 months left when I got visa interview . Can someone help me with this . Quote Link to comment
