YadG Posted October 3, 2019 Report Share Posted October 3, 2019 Question 1) Up to what date would I be eligible to convert my L1A extension to premium as I’ve 4 more weeks to complete the 240 days. Question 2) If I leave USA after 240 days completion, then USCIS would still consider my L1A extension process and still I get decision status? Or it will reject my L1A application saying that I’m not in USA and status is not there? could you please answer these. thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
