I got my H1 approved on oct 2nd on consular processing and it is approved till 28th Dec 2019 (for 3 months). Currently I'm on CPT-F1 (P.h.D) valid till January 10th 2020. My questions: 1) Can I continue my work with CPT ? 2) Is it feasible for me to go to India for my stamping, with 3 months visa and can my employer apply for my extension before that ? 3) What can be my best possible next steps for my situations? please let me know.
