Work in another country while waiting for H4 EAD

I recently got H4 stamped in India for the first time.

1. Can I work and get paid in another country (not India) while waiting for H4 EAD? I have valid H4 visa. 

2. I will enter US atleast twice a month for short time. Will this create any issues and question my H4 status?

3. In the above scenarios, is my EAD approval at risk? 

4. Is there anyone who has done this or seen this happen in the past?
