apache16 Posted October 1, 2019 Report Share Posted October 1, 2019 Hi, I have applied 485 with EB1C category. Have received my EAD/AP expiring in Sept 2020. My current H1B is expiring in Nov 19. My question is should I be applying for H1B extension? As my 485 is on EB1 managerial category and H1B is a speciality occupation. Will it coincide with each other? Thanks Quote Link to comment
