rh07_bhatt Posted October 1, 2019 Report Share Posted October 1, 2019 My i94 expiring in 4 days due to passport expiry, h1b / i797 valid till 2021 got new passport but don’t have time to apply for extension online via employer now. planning to go to US/Canada border at Buffalo peace bridge or Niagara falls rainbow bridge CBP office to get i94 updated. but don’t have canada visa. can I just go on the bridge and enter US back without entering canada? Is it allowed that way to enter US and get i94 renew? Anyone has experience with this? Quote Link to comment
