admrac Posted September 27, 2019 Report Share Posted September 27, 2019 Hi, My company applied my H1B amendment + extension in regular processing to California Center and got rfe (E-E Relationship, Specialty Occupation) and replied to rfe in May'2019, No update yet on my case, still seeing "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received" Did anyone on the same boat? got any replies who applied around that time? Is it recommended to do PP? what is the usual wait times after replied to rfe? Appreciate your responses. Thanks in advance.... Quote Link to comment
User099 Posted October 25, 2019 Report Share Posted October 25, 2019 Average wait time is 8.5 to 10.5 months. You are supposed to stop working after 240 days. If you are not able to work, may be PP is a good option. Quote Link to comment
