My employer is suggesting to file an amendment for new client at new location while my 221g is in process. It looks like they will withdraw the 221g visa application and file an amendment for new client and then submit a new visa application with new client details. Is it advisable to do that? Would this affect the H1B approval? If the above is doable, would it affect the second visa interview? What are the chances of getting scrutinized during the second visa interview?
