I'm a H1B Visa holder and working since a year in USA and have the visa validity till Sept 2021. I'm planning to marry my girl friend soon and thinking of an option to marry in USA itself. My girl friend is holding a Visitor Visa to USA (B2 Visa) and has the visa validity till 2029. Can we get both married with out any hassles? or will there be any issues? Could you please advise in this regard. If we get married, what is the procedure to apply Marriage Certificate. Appreciate if you could tell about this also. Thanks in Advance. Best Regards.
