Krishhna Posted September 26, 2019 Report Share Posted September 26, 2019 Hi Sir, My H1B petition got through the lottery this year for the first time in 4 attempts, but I got an RFE to submit manager letter, client letter and SOW.Client SOW is ending in June 2020 where as Client letter has an end date until December 2020. What is the probability of my case getting approved and which one would take priority, client letter or sow?? Quote Link to comment
