h1bforums Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 Hi Team, I have switched to the new employer after my H1b transfer has been approved with new I797. Due to the urgent requirement with new employer I have joined 2 days before the last working day with old employer, was in bench for few days with old employer before I joined with new employer. Would like to know will this overlap impacts if I go for filing Form 9089 or I140 in the future, your inputs will be really helpful and appreciate. Quote Link to comment
