H1B Stamping in Costa Rica

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I'm an Indian citizen on H1B in the US. I've recently changed jobs (Full-time in my new company). I need to get the new stamping done in Costa Rica - I have a multiple entry Canadian visitor visa to enter Costa Rica and the Immigration attorneys have said that should be fine. They want me to confirm however, that the US Embassy in Costa Rica does third country nationals stamping with employer change. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

You need to get in touch with the US embassy in Costa Rica to know for sure whether they would accept TCN's for visa stamping.

I suggest you to finish the stamping in Mexico and then travel to Costa Rica.
