Until LCA is approved, can we stay here on LOA with same employer. If employer asked to travel back until LCA approved, can we leave my child with my spouse. My child is holding dependent visa on my H1. Also my spouse is holding valid H1 Visa. Do we need to travel with dependents. Please clarify. Quote Link to comment
