LG2019 Posted September 23, 2019 Report Share Posted September 23, 2019 Hi...Can you suggest reg this. Currently my H1 Amendment is denied but my H1 I-94 is still valid till Jan 2020. But I have a role in diff location where they yet to file LCA. So it may take 2 weeks to confirm. Do I need to travel back to India if my employer asked me to until my LCA is filed.? Is this compulsory and am I legally stay in the same location on LOA as my dependencies are needed me here. Also I have my child as dependency. Is there any possibility to transfer her dependency from my H1 to my spouse H1. Please suggest reg this. Quote Link to comment
