abram007 Posted September 18, 2019 Report Share Posted September 18, 2019 1) I have a scheduled H1B visa stamping at the end of this year (current visa is expired but have approved I-797) 2) My wife has valid H4 Visa stamp, recently we had a baby in India. 3) I was planning to get the baby's h4 visa stamped before I went for mine. But on the website it says both parents should have a valid visa. 4) Does anyone have experience with this kind of situation, do we need to wait for my visa to get stamped before applying for baby's stamping?
