Dev247 Posted September 17, 2019 Report Share Posted September 17, 2019 I was working at company A and applied for H1B visa transfer to company B and also applied H4 EAD for my wife. She already has H4 EAD until Dec 2020. After a few months, my H1B with company B still pending, I declined the offer and stayed with company A. I recently found out that H1B with company B was approved and my wife got her new H4 EAD until Jan 2022. My confusion is can my wife still use the H4 EAD, which she received through company B for whom I am not working, just in case H4 EAD is revoked by end of this year. Quote Link to comment
