New application of H1b was approved on Sept 9th and was waiting for the approval letter to check whether i have a, i- 94. Today got the approval letter without i-94 and i was asked to leave country for stamping in a week. I was filling DS-160 have doubt in couple of questions. Can someone please answer? what should i answer for 1. Have you ever been unlawfully present, overstayed the amount of time granted by an immigration official or otherwise violated the terms of a U.S. visa? 2. Have you ever been the subject of a removal or deportation hearing? No not applicable for your case. TIA. Quote Link to comment
