H1 Extension Denied options

My H1B is valid until Nov 19 and i got denial on extension.My company is waiting denial notice so that they can decide if they can re-file it again.After talking to attorney and management, i am feeling that they are not willing to do anything on my case.I worked with same organization for couple years and never had problem with my extension.They have new position which they can use to file new H1B but i am not sure that how i can convenience them.It happened before with another employee and they re-filed and it got approved.I would like them to try those options. My degree is Masters and I qualified for same position.I want to take them some actions.If my company will not take any action then what options do i have to appeal ? Please advise.

Employer can appeal not employee. Find new employer and file.
