Unable to get the documents for RFE so not submitting the RFE response which due on 27 October 2019. They asked to leave the country on 17 Sept. Company B: Ready to transfer Visa. Can I transfer Visa to Company B after 240 days grace period and Visa under extension with RFE, What happens if transfer Visa will get RFP?? OR Can I stay in the country until the status change to out of state or should I have to leave the country? Quote Link to comment
