udaybob Posted September 10, 2019 Report Share Posted September 10, 2019 My current employer is about to file H1 extension and also a new employer filing H1 transfer at the same time. What should i do with H4 and H4 EAD ? should i apply through both of them ? both of them are applying in premium process. Lets say one gets approved and second one gets rejected after couple of days/months, will it impact H4 EAD as well ? since it is approved through one employer, even if second one gets rejected (worst case scenario) is H4 EAD also going to get reverted ?
