LoanSurvivor Posted September 5, 2019 Report Share Posted September 5, 2019 Looking for suggestion - for my dependent we got h4 stamped in Canada and they put Visa Expiry date from 2022 but the PED (Petition End Date) was Sept 2019. We filed both H1 and H4 extension and H1 case is approved in premium with PED of Nov 2020 and H4 case is pending. Since Visa Expiry date is from 2022 can we request new I94 for dependent by going to one of the nearby CBP office and withdraw H4 application? Another option is walking out of physical border (Canada/Mexico) and entering on same Visa Stamp but with new H1B approved petition? Can you please let me know if extending I94 is an option?
