siva01here
One of my friend had I140 applied with notarized experience letter affidavit signed by his supervisor. Since his previous employer was not providing detailed experience letter so he went with this approach. Now he got an RFE on I140, asking to provide the employment verification letter of the supervisor who signed the affidavit is still working with his previous company. Supervisor is still with the previous employer but he is not comfortable in sharing that as he thinks it might jeopardise his job in future. So how to handle this and what kind of documents can be given in this situation. Please share your thoughts. Quote Link to comment
